Machine Features:

Frame type Four column structure.
The hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of main body, heating system, hydraulic system and electrical control system, etc.
The main body is firmly fixed onto the the ceramic foundation by the anchor bolts.
It's provided with T-slots on the upper surface of the working table for placing and fixing the workpieces.
The main cylinder and piston rod are made of 45 steel forging piece. The main cylinder is installed in the top of the machine body.
This series product has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and uses the button common control.
The process action uses PLC control to achieve adjustment and semi-automatic operation mode.
The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range all can be adjusted as per process requirements.
