Hubei Heqiang has a complete set of production equipment for cutting, welding, machining and assembly, and has formed a complete modern production line from raw materials to the finished products, ensuring that the characteristics of the product meet the user requirements.
Hubei Heqiang can provide a wide range of R&D, design, manufacture, sales and services of the following products. (OBM, OEM or ODM work mode are all available.)
1. Equipment for Rolling stock manufacture/maintenance workshop, mainly includes:
- Wheelset Mounting and Dismounting Press (Double cylinders and Single cylinder)
- Bearing ounting and Dismounting Press (Stationary and Mobile)
- Wheelset Bull Gear press machine
- Wheel Brake disc assembly/disassembly machine
- Wheelset/Bogie turntables
- Railway Lifting jacks (Train lift, Bogie lifter, Bogie frame lifter and Rotator)
- Other railway workshop equipment
2. Forging equipment applicable for various industrial applications:
- Hydraulic press machine (C-type, frame type and 4-column)
- Plate bending rolling machine (3-roller and 4-roller,)
- Multi-roller Plate Straightening machine (Plate Leveller)
Hubei Heqiang currently has over 40 professional technical staff, in which 20 are medium/senior engineers, 8 are senior experts who are engaged in R&D work of rail transit maintenance equipment and forging equipment for a long time. Our technical team has a reasonable staffing in areas of design and simulation calculation, metal materials engineering, material molding and control, non-destructive testing, automation control, etc. Meanwhile our team members in these areas have a wealth of experience to complete the company’s design research and development tasks of various products.
Hubei Heqiang maintains a close cooperation relationship with most universities in Wuhan, and co-established a "Hubei Rail Transit Equipment Products R&D Center" with Wuhan University of Technology, which was approved by HBSTD in 2010. In 2016, the company signed a Strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Research Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology. An intelligent hydraulic equipment research center was set up by cooperation with Huanggang Normal University in the same year. Hubei Heqiang forms a good environment for production and research cooperation by reasonable use of university and research institute R&D resources and technology, and this greatly enhances the overall R & D strength of Hubei Heqiang.
Hubei Heqiang owns nearly 120 patents in area of railway application equipment and forging equipment, including 10 invention patents and 11 software copyrights. More than 20 new patents is increasing each year with over 5 new products developed. Hubei Heqiang has received more and more approval from our customers by our strong technical research and development strength, which makes great contribution for the company's rapid development.
