Application scope:
This Mobile wheel bearing press machine is applicable to mount and dismount wheelset rolling bearings of different types of railway rolling stock.

Machine features:

• The mobile bearing mount/dismount press is mainly composed of mechanical part, hydraulic system, electrical control system and special tooling for mounting and dismounting etc.
• The bearing press machine is mobile type, very light and easy to move.
• The hydraulic system is integrated on the articulated mobile lifting trolley and it can achieve the mounting and dismounting of the whole bearing.

• Main cylinder, lifting cylinder, manual pump and high-pressure micro hydraulic station (Include oil tank, hydraulic valve, motor, oil pump, switch, hydraulic gauge and filter etc.) are ENERPAC products. The key parts and tooling shall be carried out reasonable heat treatment and issued with an effective flaw detection report.
• The exposed surface of all parts should be anti-corrosion, rust-proof; the outer surface of the press should be sprayed with anti-rust primer and topcoat.
• All measuring units are easy to disassembly and assembly.
• With stable and reliable hydraulic system. Sudden power failure will not cause the cylinder falling down.
