CRRC Corporation Ltd. preparing for the first export delivery of high-speed trains to Indonesia

• A fleet of 11 KCIC400AF eight-car trains and one KCIC400AF-CIT inspection train has been produced and tested at the CRRC plant in Qingdao. The new rolling stock is to be sent to Indonesia from August to September for operation on the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed line, which is expected to run next year. The manufacturer claims that the KCIC400AF train is capable of reaching speeds of 350 km/h and passing curves with a minimum radius of 150 m.

• This contract is CRRC's first export delivery of high-speed trains. China competed with Japan in the tender for the construction of the high-speed line project.

After this High-speed-train operating and running in Indonesia, it will take us oppitunities to get acceptance from Indonesia Railways (KAI) and supply wheelset presses to them in the nearest future.
