Hubei Heqiang Machinery Development Limited by Share Ltd. was established in December of 2000. The company is located in Ezhou of Hubei province, next to Wuhan city, with an area of 40,000 square meters and 120 employees. Since its establishment, Hubei Heqiang is mainly engaged in R&D, design, manufacture, sales, maintenance and service of railway workshop equipment and forging equipment. After more than 20 years' rapid development, Hubei Heqiang has already grown into one of the leading manufacturers of raiway workshop equipment and forging equipment in the market.

Hubei Heqiang is a High-Tech enterprise and owns nearly 120 patents in area of railway application equipment and forging equipment, including 10 invention patents and 11 software copyrights. The company always adheres to the quality policy of "Innovative design, Strict control, Elaborate assembly and Customer satisfaction", and currently has more than 150 sets of equipment for metal machining, welding and test. It has formed an unique system of equipment configuration and quality control and got the certificates of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018. In 2003, the company first certified and got the certificate of ISO9001:2000.

In 2010, the company and Wuhan University of Technology together set up R&D Center on Rail transit equipment, and the center was granted as "Hubei Rail Transit Equipment Products School-Enterprise Co-built R&D Center" by HBSTD.

In 2011, the "Fully automatic double cylinder wheelset press" was awarded as "Major scientific and technological achievements of Hubei Province".

In 2012, the "Fully automatic double cylinder wheelset press" was listed in Industrialization demonstration project of National Torch Plan.

1. Railway workshop equipment, mainly includes:

- Wheelset Mounting and Dismounting Press

- Bearing Mounting and Dismounting Press

- Wheelset bull gear assembly/disassembly press

- Wheel Brake disc assembly/disassembly machine

- Wheelset/Bogie turntables

- Railway Lifting jacks (train lifting jack, bogie lifter, bogie frame lifter and rotator)

2. Forging equipment applicable for various industrial applications:

- Hydraulic press machines (C-type, frame type and 4-column)

- Plate bending rolling machines (3-rollers and 4-rollers)

- Metal Plate Straightening machines

The provided service:

- Hubei Heqiang can provide the service of installation, commissioning, test, training, maintenance and after-sale service etc.

- The warranty period will be one year (or as per required) from the date of final acceptance test.

- During the warranty, we will be responsible to repair or replace any damaged component caused due to the machine quality at our cost. The warranty of the replaced parts will be one year from the date of replacement.

- After the warranty, we will provide a wide range of technical support and spare parts service.

- We will provide free upgrade of the control software by sending the upgrade software.

- The after-sale service includes all aspects, such as mechanical, hydraulic, electronic control, operation, training, software upgrade, etc.

- We will keep sufficient stock of the basic spare parts.
