After 4 months's negotiation on payment conditions and other contract clauses, Hubei Heqiang was finally awarded a contract of 1 set Double cylinder automatic Wheelset Press and received the signed copy. The Wheel Press is to replace the old press at Mauritania workshop, used for remove and install the wheelset for their mining railway.

The press is designed with the following characteristics:

• Only need one positioning to proceed the 2 wheels' mounting and dismounting without reversal of the axle.
• Only one operator required to operate the wheel press.
• Double action cylinders for pressing.
• Unique Invention patented cylindrical ram for wheel mounting, with high pressing accuracy.
• Gantry frame structure, with high strength, good rigidity and less deformation.
• Movable slider device with replaceable inserts to block the wheels, gears or brake discs for dismounting.
• Special patented centring devices at both ends of two ram cylinders for center hole positioning.
• An electrical support trolley is provided for wheelset loading/unloading onto/off from the press
• Siemens S7-300 PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer to control the operation.
• Automatic and Manual operation mode available for the operation.
